...17 students to 1 teacher and an aide is completely acceptable and a great ratio. If your child cannot learn to do well in this size classroom public school is not for them. In Kindergarten the ration goes above 30 and there is one teacher with no aide. This preschool is excellent!
My child started preschhol there in January and Ms Kyna and Ms DeeDee were so great. My child loved going to school, which made me feel good about leaving her there. My only concern is the child to teacher ratio. I was inform that there is just a teacher and 1 aid per like 17 kids. I wonder at times how my child got a hold of siccors, bumps on her head or when she said a kid kick her. 1 teacher can not watch 17 kids. Please, they need to at least have to aids for the teacher. Exspecially such young kids.
