Bertrand Avenue Elementary School

I think that the school is good just that there is no communication between teachers, the principal, and the parents. It's very sad to see that the personnel can't work together, in harmony. There isn't any enthusiasm, and there isn't joy in the majority of the staff. You can feel that the staff is always worried or stressed for some reason.They have refer to the parents, they work hard ,but they still need more support. They should make a plan in away so that e parents feel welcome not discriminated in they hour when they help voluntarily. Also,  the office should be #1 in giving support to the parents when they volunteer instead of giving them bad comments or a bad attitude. I would want to write alot more because I have alot more to say about the matter. It's sad to see this in a school when our kids are  there for the most important learning years of their life. With these comments i hope they are work as something positive for change.
