I had the same problem when I transfered to this school. They did not believe that I took 2 years of US History in Ohio (which was required there) and made me waste time in that class for a month until they got off their butts and got my transcript. Good riddance Cortez...

Is not the school's fault when certain students... choose not to pay attention in class. I went to this same high school my four years and got straight A's and got into one of the best Universities of California. I'm currently doing great in all my classes and will graduate in about a year.

I am a former student who went to this school my freshman year
2006. when i moved to another high school,one of my credits, english 1 was not counted for, even though I passed that class with a "c" this forced me to take two english class my sophmore year. during my sophmore year i failed both geometry and chemistry because i was not properly taught. all thanks to cortez hill academy.
