Frost (Earl) Elementary School Reviews
Frost Elementary is good. I have seen the new principal. I have seen a 4th grader score an 81 on a 5th grade Diagnostic Test. in the beginning of the year when you haven't learned anything. The teachers are very smart. I highly recommend this school.
