Fernando Ruiz: Academically, Aragon High school offers a great varitety of student programs that prepare teenagers for college, plus they can take College level courses at the school.  Encouragement to succed is great.
The Athletics department is a great one, with a wide variety of sports, including Tennis, Badminton, Track, football, water Polo and Swimming.  The facilities have been improved considerably since I attended, and it is in a very safe neighborhood. Access to local transportation is very convenient.  I wouldn't trade my school for any other.

Fernando Ruiz: I went to Aragon High school...  It is a very safe school, ad considering the San Mateo High School, I would stick with Aragon.  It is in a very nice area, and safe transportation for teenagers is available.

Very unsafe. Plenty of crimes and too populated to work effectively, classrooms are filled with an average of 35 students.  Plenty of misbehaviors committed.  I highly suggest small private schools.
