Review Highlands Elementary School
Recent Reviews
Highland School has a reputation for being an outstanding school I agree and it is because we work together!
I have worked at Highlands School 16 years...times are tough, schools are suffering with budget cuts, work is harder, class sizes are bigger- with all of these obstacles I feel privileged and excited to go to work with such a fabulous staff, principal, and parent group!
That aside it is located in a very community oriented neighborhood and there is much cooperation between residents and the school. There truly is a feeling of "family" felt. There are many cases where the current student is a 3rd generation Highlander having parents and even grandparents who attended the school.
The principal, I feel is trying her best, though because she is a human being she has and does make mistakes.
