Becky James: This school uses "Best Practices" strategies in a teaching approach called GLAD (Guided Language Aquisition Design) that is so effective 5% of the students go to the Community College straight out of grade 8. Most of the students speak two to four languages, but are not so-called gifted students. They just have learning strategies that allow them to learn at higher levels! This GLAD program allows both gifted and special needs to succeed at much higher levels than a none GLAD environment. The program also focuses on conflect resolution and self discipline with personal responsibility. Go check it out!
