Verdugo Hills High School is a lovely old high school taught by caring teachers. With 2,500 students it is one on the smaller LAUSD high schools. We have a coperican schedule which is like a university quarter system. Most classes are two quarters long. Classes meet 90 minutes everyday giving teachers time to cover necessay material. Our attendance is one of the very best in the district because both teachers and students are happy with the schedule and atmosphere at Verdugo.

"They have a newly built building which is absolutely gorgeous and very well laid out. In general the staff is caring, but firm. Only bad thing is that parent involvement is not encouraged. Yet!!"
