L'heritage Francais Reviews
Now the school goes to 6th grade!
Our school is growing, and is now services preschool to 6th grade.
Couldn't imagine a better place to learn...
My daughter has been attending L'Heritage since she was three years old. The moment we stepped onto the campus, we knew we had found our daughter's school. The dual immersion program is what brought us to L'heritage Francais, but there are so many more reasons that we stay. The small size of the school allows children to be more of a family than classmates and this closeness continues to the staff and families. I truly don't believe that there is a better environment to learn. Students are not only bi-lingual, they are bi-literate within a few years. We are a non-French speaking home, but have been able to take my daughter to France once a year the past few years. It is amazing to us, that she is able to communicate and translate information to us while we travel. (Not too bad, considering she is only seven.) The school not only has high academic standards, but focuses on the entire development of a child. As a public school teacher, I never imagined such a place could exist.
My daughter is just completing her first year in the co-op, and I'm actually disappointed that the year is coming to an end. My daughter always looks forward to going to school in the morning. The director and staff pride themselves on giving students the best possible learning experience and making the best decisions to keep the school's mission alive. As a public school teacher, I never imagined that I would want to put my child in private school, but since finding L'Heritage Francais, I don't feel we have any other option. This school has changed our entire life plan because no matter what, we know that our daughter will be going to this school until she outgrows it. The class sizes are small, and no matter what grade, there will never be more than 15 kids in a class. In today's world, that is almost unimaginable. I could go on and on about how happy we are with the school, but you truly need to visit to appreciate the school and its teachings.
