Overland is an extraordinary school. It is the first school to provide students with a program that offers automatic acceptance to 4 major colleges in Colorado, such as Colorado School of Mines and CU Denver. And, as thee most diverse school in the state, the students learn how to work with all sorts of students. What seperates Overland from the famous Cherry Creek"Creek" High School is this: Creek students are almost all white, Overland is very diverse. Overland test scores depend on a students actions, Overland might not have the brightest students like Creek, but there are students that excel and have been accepted to schools such as Harvard and Yale. So don't say Overland is a bad school, the teachers are great and it all depends on the students actions, not the teachers.

i love overland and whoever is saying negative things about it should be quiet. The students do not achieve because they choose not to. The decision for the students to achieve is left up to that student not the school. Overland has been judged horribly and thats not reality. I would not feel comfortable at any other school, and before judging or saying anything try going here.

One of the worst cherry creek schools i've had my son be apart of. I moved him away from smoky hill highschool to overland for better education and still nothing, both smoky hill and overland deserve to be out of the cherry creek school district.
