My child attended CELC for a few months and the experience started out wonderful but I feel like I was mislead.my child was very dirty everyday. They stated they would help with potty training. That never happened. Everyday there was a new face in my childs room. I never could keep their names straight~ if i struggled I can't imagine how my daughter could,
Many times when I would pick her up the diaper would be so wet it would soak through her pants. The director has her own grandchildren there. So I can only imagine the special treatment they recieved. In the morning when I dropped her off I was never welcomed by the asst director~ she was very grouchy and unsocial. Towards the end when I put in my daughters 2 week notice~ we were not welcomed in the morning and it seemed like they didn't want me or my daughter in their school.
Last but not least.. The drama. There was always drama between teachers and parents & teachers. I walked in many times to a teacher crying while talking to a parent or the whispering going on amongst teachers & their aides. It was very unprofessional. So from one parents to another I would not advise bringing your child to CELC. It's cheap but you get what you pay for that's for sure.
