Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience at Front Range. We had two children there...one in elementary and one in high school. We felt the elementary environment and overall school culture was in a better place than the high school. Our high school student went through some pretty gruesome bullying that was taken to administration, but there was nothing done. The school has policies in place for such issues...especially recurrant issues. The school, in our opinion, did not follow-through on their own policies. Our high school student told many stories of inappropriate student activities that seem to be overlooked. We were very involved in the school, but got a sense that it was extremely "clickish" and staff students were priviledged getting the main parts/roles in plays, sports teams, worship team, etc. I was concerned at times by the lack of professionalism among some staff having conversations about students within earshot of others referring to students as "brats". Less than 25% of teachers have teaching credentials...yes, they have a degree in their content field, but do they know, understand, and demonstrate an ability to engage students in learning. We pulled our students out for the lack of follow through on school policies, lack of spiritual formation amongst the student body, and a concern about the academic rigor and support and follow through of some teachers. We certainly hope the school has made some improvements pulling back to their purpose, mission and vision to train up godly men and women to be prepared, responsible, and productive kingdom builders in a world that is pulling them in undesireable directions.

Rachel: We love Front Range Christian School! When we relocated to CO from PA two years ago, we were looking for a great Christian school in the area and all signs pointed to FRCS. The teachers, parents, and students all rallied together to help our girls make the difficult transition to their new environment. Now our girls wouldn't want to be anywhere else! FRCS's teachers are amazing! The academic and spiritual development of our kids is priority #1 for them. And I am always amazed at the creative ways that the teachers use to help my kids learn. If you're looking for an academically excellent, Christ-centered school, FRCS is the school for you!

Lorie: All 4 of my children have gone to FRCS for 7 years, and one has graduated and gone on to university this year. What I really like about Front Range is that the teachers genuinely care about their students and want to see them excel, not only academically but also spiritually. The one thing that originally set FRCS apart from other Christian schools in the area is that they teach the students critical thinking skills that they will use for a lifetime to solve problems and weigh issues in light of God's Word. We can't say enough good things about our school. Two thumbs up!

Our daughter loves this school! We moved and she had to start a new school in 10th grade. Her classmates have been friendly and kind to her as a new student. They started inviting her to their activities over the summer so that by the time she started school she had already made friends. These are genuinely nice teenagers! She also likes her teachers, classes and principal. Enrolling our daughter in this school was the best decision we ever made.

I am happy to have my child attending FRCS for nearly 7 years. As with most private schools there are growing pains that affect the school--teacher turnover, economic fluctuations, lack of or need for more resources, etc. As a school that involves parents heavily, I am happy to be part of a hard-working, Christ centered, academically appropriate school. My child is not "just a number" and I feel like every year has been individualized to help him succeed. The curriculum is rigorous. Teachers care. We are happy here and plan on staying.
