Niwot Elementary School

Excellence in Education! Niwot Elementary School has a focus on "differentiation", so children are learning at their own pace among students with the same capabilities. Because of this focus, the entire class is rarely all in the room at the same time during instruction, which helps offset the high numbers. The school environment is warm and welcoming. The teachers and staff are dedicated to exceeding standards of education and are progressive learners themselves. The parent body is active in volunteering in the school and hosts many fun and creative learning experiences inside and outside the classrooms. Overall, this school fosters the "whole-child" development by maintaining high standards in education, a solid community foundation for social development while encouraging healthy emotional growth.

This is a terrific school!  Academically my kids are challenged and socially they are thriving.  The school is in a charming, safe community with tons of parent and community support.  The staff is very involved and turnover is low.  I can not be more pleased to have my children as a part of this school!
