Edgewood School

I disagree. This school has met all my expectations and childrens' needs.  I find the staff to be outgoing, fun, and engaging, both general education and special education staff...

I am very disappointed in their special ed program. My daughter was belittled today and was asked "what's wrong with you?" when she became confused between addition and multiplication facts. She was sternly yelled at for her inconsistency and inability to focus today. She is autistic and has good days and bad days. Today was not a good one obviously, but she should not be yelled at, but encouraged to focus. It's a teacher's job to be patient-especially a special ed teacher. I am very disappointed and hurt that they made my child cry.
