High academic standards and caring teachers

By a Former Student on

CHCA is an excellent school! I attended and graduated from this school. They use and excellent curriculum and have high educational standards. The teachers really love and care about each child they teach. I was well prepared for college, and I believe the education I received was invaluable.

Outstanding!

Far above any public or private school in the area, you'll appreciate the quality education that is received with a Biblical worldview!

Best school for biblical, superior education

By a Former Student on

I graduated from this school, and I consider it one of the biggest blessings in my life. My education was highly superior to that of my college peers who went to public school or were "home schooled." I was prepared academically for all my college courses, and received a biblical foundation that I will cherish my entire life. The teachers at this school are qualified, loving, and willing to do whatever necessary to make sure each child gets specific attention and tailored education. I thank God for my time here with these wonderful role models, and am most definitely sending my children to this place to be trained up in the way they should go.

Unique Bible based school striving for high academics, nurturing environment.

I have had three children attend Colonial Hills Christian academy between the years of 1995 - 2012.( K4 through high school) All three of my children received a strong academic education which was infused with a truly Biblical foundation. My children were more than well prepared to face the challenges presented to them as they furthered their education at the colleges of their choice. The teachers at Colonial Hills were dedicated teachers, always willing and able to help my children in any area of help that they needed. I believe it was due to the wonderful study habits instilled in my children  while attending C.H.C A. that enabled them to attain scholastic success through their college years. Each of my three children have had the pleasure of making the President's and Dean's list at their colleges. All three of my children were awarded academic scholarships upon entering college, again I give all praise to the teaching they received while attending Colonial Hills Christian Academy.  On many occasions I saw the teachers at C.H.C.A. staying after school, giving of their own time to tutor struggling students. If you want a school where your child will feel the love and kindness of a teacher who "wants to teach", along with discipline, structure and strong academics, then Colonial Hills is for you. Likewise if you want a school that will just pass your child along, then Colonial Hills is not for you. You more then get your money's worth at Colonial Hills Christian Academy.

Children outscore all public schools!

By a Parent on

CHCA uses the world renowned Abeka Curriculum as well as Bob Jones University Press Curriculm. They have excellent staff that has been in education for years and treats all parents and students with great care and respect. My children's test scores have been phenome nal and well above the public school system's. The proof is really in the lives of the students. Students here care about God and His word. Students here do not stuggle when the get to college, they excel.

I thank God for CHCA's parents, students, staff, and outstanding leadership.

Best decision of my life

By a Former Student on

I graduated from this school, and my education was highly superior to that of my college peers. I was prepared for my college classes in many ways that the students from public schools were poorly prepared. The teachers were all accessible and helpful and wiling to spend extra time helping me to not only learn but grow in spiritual maturity. The friends I made here are lifetime friends. I'm so blessed and fortunate to have graduated from such a godly and loving and wise environment. I thank God every day for my time here.

The best there is!

I can't say enough good things about this school. Very impressed. By far the best school in the area! The teachers are amazing and they each give 100% to all their students, the pastor is so nice and is incredibly wise, and the education is the best you'll find. Why choose somewhere else when you can choose the best here at Colonial Hills?

Terrible

Horrible school, terrible leadership, unqualified teachers.  Stay away.  Blatant favoritism.

I went to this school for a couple of years and I loved it. Yes, it is very small, but that means better teacher/student ratio and closer friends :)

I would agree, this is a very bad school. I had to pull my kids out a while ago and it was a VERY smart decision. My kids were better off in public schools

This is a horrible school. Very small, very poorly run, and terrible leaders. This is one of the worst schools in the area, hence the extremely small student population. There are many things to dislike about this school I don't know where to start. It is an all around failure
