Western CT Academy of International Reviews
In theory this sounds and looks like the perfect school. Sadly it was not a good fit for our children. Both slipped through the cracks in reading even though we asked the school for extra help several times. Our concerns always fell on deaf ears. Our children were both retained this year so they could catch up, we transfered back to our home school. The children are so much happier and doing much better this year at our home school. We really feel that AIS failed our children. Before deciding to send your kids to AIS compare test scores from your home district and if your child has any special needs at all do not send them because you will not recieve the help your child needs.
This school took me above and beyond. It was a wonderful experience, and no one should miss out on the opportunity. Enroll while you can; it's a journey you don't want to miss out on. From amazing teachers who meet every child's needs and abilities, from great activities and staff, AIS is BY FAR the best elementary school!
