Grace Lutheran Preschool

Two of my three children so far have attended this preschool and they have been nothing but wonderful to us!  They are organized, attentive, and with my first hand account, whenever a child would cause a problem, it was addressed immediately and resolved.  My kids enjoyed attending school here and it prepared them well for elementary school which they are now currently in.  I cannot wait to enroll my third child into the 4 yr program!

MiddletownMom: Our son was enrolled in their three year old program and we found out from him that he was being hit daily at this school by two twin boys in his class.  When I approached the teachers about a solution, they acted as though they had no idea there was a problem at the school and said "it doesn't seem to bother him" and "he isn't the only child being hit" they then asked me what I thought they should do about it.  The hitting continued then suddenly the teachers started pointing out my son was playing roughly with blocks and his behavior at home was not normal, hitting and yelling at us.

We made the decision that the environment at school was causing this so we withdrew him.  I called the director and left a message but she never even called back to offer an apology.  

Since withdrawing him, my son is back to his normal self and I have found an appropriate school for him.  Until Grace has an effective anti-bullying policy in force I cannot recommend this school.
