Holly D.: My husband and I have 3 children, and by the 3rd "one", parents truly know what they are looking for in a daycare center, and Pride & Joy Learning Academy is DEFINITELY what you're looking for! The Director and Asst. Director go above and beyond to accommodate families' needs, desires, and wants for both their child and family unit as a whole. I am consistently posted on my son's activities and advancement as well as invited to participate in facility activities (of which there are many). The teachers are all well-educated, patient, understanding, loving, and fun to be around. When I'm on vacation or my child is sick, I miss seeing the staff in the morning! On occasion, my two older children will accompany me to the center to drop my 2-year old off, and I can barely get them to leave! My 9-year old would now like to be a teacher due to her visits to her brother's daycare facility. Finally, although the daycare center my husband and I selected for our first two children was adequate, Pride & Joy Learing Academy is much, much more than that, and if we had found them years ago, we never would have had to search again...

Pride and Joy Learning Academy LLC, is a family oriented center. I love the environment of the center; the bright color walls, pictures of the student plaster everywhere of their daily fun band learning and the inviting atmosphere where you see many smiles and laughs as you walk into the center.
As a teacher at the center I can personally say that there is open communication among the administrators, teachers and parents. Questions and concerns regarding their child of any are handle among the faculty professionally. Open communication is one of the criteria’s I feel will continue to make the center successful because we promote it.

I can never say enough Great things about this school. This is the best school for children under five! We are so very happy with the services provided by Pride and Joy Learning Academy. They consistently go above and beyond to not only meet the needs of my children but our family needs as well. The Teachers are educated and prepared to work with this age group they are not babysitters as many other centers use. Pride and Joy provides my children with such a wide vairiety of activities and they even have special events for families to participate along side our children. We looked at several other centers and we feel lucky to have found Pride and Joy Learning Academy. We are confident with the services we receive at Pride and Joy Learning Academy. We highly reccommend Pride and Joy!We are proud members of the Academy Family!

Not parent friendly. Even the slightest concerns voiced by a parent gets thrown back in your face and the child is blamed. The director Manny is not friendly or outgoing once your child is registered. They use time-out as a primary tool of discipline!! Parents beware!!
