Sage Park Middle School Reviews
I like the responsiveness of the staff here at Sage. We had an issue with one teacher (tenured of course) who was rude and sarcastic to students. If a student is rude and sarcastic to teachers, that student is removed for weeks into an alternate learning environment. Not so for a teacher. I complained to the guidance office, and my child was removed from the class that day into a more positive environment. My child is challenged, engaged, and loves going to school. She even took the SAT college entrance exam in 7th grade and performed better than 68% of the high school juniors out there. We just need to work on getting the CT legislature to put burnt out teachers into an office setting instead of in a classroom setting.....
If you want your child to get into a fight then yes, it is a great school. My child went there for 6th and 7th grade untill I had enough of the bullying, that I took her to a different school. The funny thing about it was the staff did nothing about her and other kids getting bullyed. However, I will give props to the team 3 panther teachers they were outstanding! Otherwise Sage Park Middle School is not a good school at all.
I think Sae Park is a great school for any student to attend. My child attend Sage Park and the help that the teacher and Staff have is awesome.
