Nellie Hughes Stokes Elementary School
GilVillanueva: Congratulations on a well-attended, well-planned Father-Daughter Dance night. We were pleasantly transported into Winter Wunder Garten and the light snow fell right on cue. Whoever thought of the theme and managed and orchestrated the whole affair "OTT" to be in films. Some words of advice though: A. I thought the DJ was not apropos for the age group in that he didn't speak the girls' lingo nor did he have their pre-teen swag. B. It would have been nice if some Waltzes were introduced C. The raffle drawing should be on center stage; not in the back room, not surreptitiously done.
Overall, it was a night to remember, for my daughter, Gizelle, and me, at least. Thank you for a great production. The transformation from a grade school building into a scintillating snow park was just "OTT" of this world.
Lastly, may I suggest that it be given a nickname DDDD - Dad-Daughter
Dance Date?
