What is it?
The Delaware Student Testing Program (DSTP) are annual tests used to measure a student's mastery of the state's grade-level academic standards.
Which Grades and Subjects?
Students are assessed in reading and math grades 2 through 10, in grades 3 through 10 in writing, and in grades 4, 6, 8, and 11 in science and social studies.
How is it Scored?
Students in grades 3-11 are scored at five levels: distinguished, exceeds the standard, meets the standard, below the standard and well below the standard. The goal is for students to score at or above meet or exceed the standard level.
