The school needs to discipline students more than last year . Palmer is a nice school but its to much bulling .Bulling isn't prohibited its in the code of conduct parent have to read it but the rule don't apply like they should . Students get away with it.Especially on the bus. Staff and transportation drivers need to communicate more. NO BULLING ON THE BUS! NO BULLING IN SCHOOL! Overall the school is good I will gave this year one more try.
