St Augustine Catholic School Reviews
St. Augustine has the potential to be a wonderful school. In order for St. Augustine to master its goal, they must clean house. First, decide what teachers are committed to making sure the students are learning. Second, determine what teachers are willing to learn and implement new strategies in their classroom at all times. The teachers most differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners. They must make learning fun and challenge the students, not teach behind their desk or in a chair in front of the classroom. The students are bored and they are not learning. Third, Administration must be strong leaders and make the teachers teach accurately and provide the teachers with monthly professional developments on the latest research and strategies. If they do not want to teach appropriately, you need to get a new set of teachers. It is not fair to the students that the teachers do not want to take the time and assist the them instead they complain. It is not fair to the parents that use their hard earn money for their child to attend a private school where the education is poor. The students are not receiving a high quality education. Also, students who need extra support, if you cannot effectively help them do not keep the student in your school. They are not learning because the teachers do not know how to meet their needs. Please do something fast, the students are suffering. Stop holding on to teachers that have no clue on how to teach effectively. Shame on you for allowing this to go on!
