Bartow Middle School

Katelyn: Well, I'm a sophomore in high school now...I remember my eighth grade year at that school...oh yeah, I was new, boy it was horrible! I remember a girl was stabbed one day on campus by another girl that was high, but besides that, school there, socially, environmentally it was the worst, there were always fights, students getting suspended most of the time, expelled, even arrested, two of my close friends (no offense, or racism intended but they were both white) were expelled one for fighting and the other for wearing revealing clothing after being told not to, but it turned out as a really bad year constantly made fun of for being alone and never talking to anyone, and their buses?! There even worse, the kids are just bad as hell, and the bus drivers don't do anything, I was switched among 3 different buses, I remember in particular every time I got on the bus and took my seat these guys would be behind me, they would always pull my hair, or harass me, and just say a lot of inappropriate things to me, I mean they were just out of control. And no one would ever do anything about it. And from the younger kids I know that now go there, things haven't changed much at that school.
