Victim: The school shouldn't be a school.
It's a church and nothing more.
Teachers who have no higher education.
Teachers teaching what they don't know.
No catering to special needs kids.
No extracurricular opportunities except sports.
Safety is thrown out the window.
The school sections are to small for the amount of students they desire/have already.
No honors/advanced placement classes.

Public high school is always a better option, they care for students and not themselves.
In a public high school, the student is placed according to their level of achievement, i.e. remedial, normal, honors, advanced placement. The student can join clubs, make more friends, take electives they want, and prepare for the future they want, not what B.Perry wants.
All of that without paying the private school cost.
