Truman: on june 4th, 2010 I was told there was a wonderful surprise graduation night..i had just travelled 16 hours straight thru, by car, from New Jersey, to see my granddaughter graduate..when i arrived at the gate, i opened up the program, and to my delight I saw that my granddaughter was graduating as the Salutatorian..I stood in my tracks, right on the football field, and started crying and then with her aunt and cousin and sister we were told that we were to sit in the FRONT ROW reserved for Elizabeth C. Engelke's guests..i just couldn't contain the tears and as we all held each other, all the trials and tribulations that Elizabeth had overcome the past 7 years seemed so very well worth it..i was so proud and thrilled, not only for the night and waiting to see Elizabeth walk onto the field as #2 and to hear her speech but to know that she was advancing to the Universityof Central Florida to further her education in the medical field..perhaps through all of the family's heartache and joy over the years both in New Jersey and Branford that Elizabeth is exactly where God intended her to be, for her to get where she is today..thank you Branford High School and all that supported her through the past year that was so difficult..you all know who you are and so does God........signed, Sue B. Branford High School, Branford, Florida is a school that care about the students. I was nervous about my son going to BHS for the 6th grade. I thank God that it worked out. I didn't have anything to worry about. Branford School has opportunties. I would like to give a big "Shout Out to all the students and the Faculty and Staff for all that you do. I am truly blessed that my son is apart of BHS. The principal has been a great help to me.

I think Branford High School is a great school. It has a small town atmosphere to it and is not too big and overwhelming. However, it could use a PTA or parent's organization. It has not had one in over 15 years I believe. I would love to start one for the school but am clueless where to begin. Great school overall though.

I love the attention to detail that this school gives students. It is a great school. They work well on keep down problems within the school and helping students to achieve their goals as well.
