First Lutheran School Reviews
Perfect school to send the kids to. Small, friendly, the teachers know all the kids as well as the parents know each other. Teachers give immediate response to your children's needs and help them to excel and advance them as they need to help school fun yet challenging. Strongly recommend to send your children, not just for the academics but also the Christian based knowledge, beliefs and values that we want to instill in our children.
Chose this school when my daughter was about to enter Kindergarten. We were looking for a Christian school that did not have large class sizes. This was a wonderful school for us. She has excelled in many subjects and thanks to her very perceptive teachers she is now in advanced math classes and is challenged academically daily. She is now in 1st grade and our son is in Kindergarten this year. They both love their friends, teachers and learning about God,Jesus and all that was created. At FLS it is family like. All of the kids know each other and the parents get the opportunity to know each other as well. During a very difficult year for my family I leaned on my "family" at FLS to pray with me and give all of us support. Wouldn't want it any other way!!!
We love this school! Our daughter is in Mrs. Marshal's class (4 yr old) and we couldn't be more pleased. Strong academic focus, strong moral focus and strong teacher/parent communication. She will be more than ready for kindergarten. We love that our daughter has a safe, warm and caring environment to grow in! We are already planning to send our younger daughter there!
First Lutheran's teachers are amazing! My son is in Pre-K, 3 years old, extremely shy. His teacher, Mrs. Davidson is so patient with him and encouraging. He has learned so much in such a short time. He comes home singing Jesus songs and telling me Bible stories, he will definitely be attending here through 8th grade!
