About This School
Magnet schools are public schools that offer a specialized curriculum or educational philosophy, often with a specific focus or theme. Magnet schools promote student diversity because they are open to students outside the normal school district boundaries and often attract high caliber students through competitive programs. Lyons Creek Middle School Reviews
I am in shock to see that other parents have experienced what I have. I was hoping it wasn't as bad as I thought, the bullying, violence, language is so bad. It is by far the worst school my child has ever attended or I have ever seen. The administration tries to keep everything quiet there if you speak up they will try to make you stay quiet and place blame somewhere else or ignore it all together. Some teachers are okay, but some are basically wretched and they themselves bully the children, by making fun of them and there language is much to be desired. I feel bad for the good teachers there, that are subject to horrible administration and dishonest practices. The same goes for the children, if you want your kids to learn the worst behavior, and be exposed to violence and chaos. This is the school for you. [Edited by education.com moderator for content.]
I feel the same, they need to get a life and stop treating the Kids like they are in BOOT CAMP. and teach
Im a parent of 6th and 7th grader for two consecutive years. I think some of the teachers and administrative personnel are very rude they really need to calm down and have more patience. I am very disappointed that a teacher got upset with me and took it personal she didnt treat my kid with kindness in help her through the year,no motivation at all, and the yelling is another issue!!! She is repeating 7 th grade and she is 15.
