Which Grades and Subjects?

Students are assessed in grades 3 through 10 in reading and math, in grades 5, 8 and 11 in science, and in grades 4, 8, and 10 in writing.

How is it Scored?

Students score at one of five levels, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. The goal is for all students to score at or above level 3 (grade level).

I think southwestern is a great school for kids to go to they can meet new friends join new things also learn new things it is a safe and healthy school that u should bring your kids to and think about signing them up for......

Southwestern Middle School

Fantastic administration that cares about each and every student as if they were their own child. Better involvement than found in private schools in the area. Even with the ridiculous budget cutbacks and FCAT nonsense, SWM gets an A++ from my family!
