I believe this school has provided outstanding teachers, solid mentor relationships between my daughter and faculty, and the learning environment is excellent. However, girls' sports has been disappointing for my child since freshman year. The school does not seem to put the same weight on girls' sports as they do for boys, and it often looks like blatant sexism, when we consider the types of battles we have had to fight to be active in girls sports at Chaminade. Pretty heartbreaking for a female athlete. Things need to change there.

This school is GREAT. I graduated in 1998 and strongly believe my success in work and life is all thanks to this challenging private school.
