I am surprised to find this school not yet rated on this website. As a parent of a 19 year old, who began her education at this school, and now two much younger children, I find this school to be very consistant in it's dedication to the development of my children. I could not hope for a better school, much less a public school, and know that this institution excells above and beyond even the level of a very expensive private school education. We, as a community, are lucky to have an education facility like Hendricks Avenue Elementary and for our children to benefit from it's fine teachers, staff and beautiful facility. I cannot sing it's praises enough, but it was well worth our purchase of a home in the neighborhood that permitted our children to attend here.
