ava: went for the walk through to change schools from kid works to here and the principle gave the tour. the rooms were small but clean only saw 3 education rooms for teaching. asked what was the most kids to teacher ratio she could not answer, the play ground looks like the shading would fall on a kid. they have not invested any money in to upgrades since opened. Bought more stuff but have not reconditioned old stuff in play area... some child will get hurt!!!!(rocks for ground cover? think about it, kids?) also so many security camera's but your not allowed to access them.. went i questioned if there was a accident can i see the cameras to see what happend
, she was very affended.. ( the question was if my kid comes home with a bad cut can i see what cut her?). Her reply was you should trust the school you put your kids in and asking to see what happened means your not trusting what we tell you.. maybe this school is not for you.. the nail in the cofffin is that i asked if i could see how my kids are in the school(like a pop in) which i agree is a disturbance, but maybe just to see the teachers that are teaching my kids, even though you have to make an appointment i did not see one teacher there! Her responce was sure you just have to fill out a white form get a backgroung check through the police and get approved through the pta then you can be escorted to see your child? WHAT? They're teachers aren't even getting these excessive back ground checks. To top that off the princapal dosen't even speak proper english.I'm a cuban american but when the principle can not speak proper english i have to question there dedication. Don't take my word for it take a tour and see for yourself!!!!!!!!!

Little College at Royal Oaks has been the best choice we have been able to make for our children. The staff is completely dedicated to the individual needs of the children. They have been so wonderful with our children, helping them achieve their goals and surpass the expectations. They work toward helping the children develop responsibility and understand the importance of their academic work. Our children simply love this school and we are in love with the fact that the teachers have a true passion for these children. We only hope more children have an opportunity to experience a strong foundation for education.

The school has a decent curriculum. I cannot say my child has not learned. I really need to evaluate if it is the school or just the child developing and would get the same outcome at any other school. My biggest problem with the school is security. I have numerously dropped off my child off (4 yrs old) and nobody has been there to acknowledge his attendance to school for the day. They definately need to improve their attention to attendance, especially with the younger children.

DAISY: My granddaughter has been going to this school since she was 3 1/2 years old. She is now in VPK there. She loves it and has learned a lot. The teachers are kind and love their students. My daughter has no complaints. The school director is always available when you need her and she seems to know practically all of the students names! My granddaughter has made lots of friends there and even during the summer went to their summer program because she didn't want to stop going to school.
