Run! Run! in the other direction. This school is horrible my son had five different English teachers in one school year. There is no gifted, honors or advanced classes... It is very unfortunate to see the way this school operates, education is so important and if you value your child's education please enroll them in a better school.

I believe this is a great school and is growing. It provides a lot of great options for the kids in Overtown area such as the performing Arts and the Scholar Program which has been great for the high performance kids. This program allows the student to be moved to the higher grade level and taught at their pace.

I love the Gibson School! The school is located in overtown and there is no other school in that area that cares as much for our kids as this school. I am so happy the Gibson school came into our neighborhood. It was just what we needed.
