Robert Phillips: Tynes is a great school with excellent teachers. We moved from Philadelphia PA in 2009 and are more than pleased with the school. Compared to schools in other parts of this country Tynes is a cut above. We consider ourselves lucky to have moved into this school district.

Cherri Ambrose: My child has attended Tynes since kindergarden and loves it! We have had one slight problem with only one teacher and it was resolved right away. All the teachers and the staff that I have spoken to have been very helpful and respectful.

Concerned Parent: We have been very disappointed with Tynes Elementary. Our Kindergarten teacher was wonderful but [another] teacher was a nightmare. Our biggest problem is with the office staff. They are extremely rude to parents. In 2 years I have not once had a pleasant conversation with them. In fact I think they do everything in their power to make it a miserable experience for parents.

tab whitehead: Tynes has been great for my 7 y.o. autistic child. She looks foreward to attending school and likes the staff and her teacher Mr. travis Henderson. We are very happy she attends tynes and the staff has helped our child more than we ever thought possible. I am thankful for Tynes and the wonderful staff there.
