it takes time to see that Everglades is a great school. The teachers are more than just teachers; they're all amazing people who would reach incredible lengths in order to help a student in almost anything imaginable. Also, Everglades has such a diverse range of people, that equality is just second-nature to everyone; unfortunately, this is something rare to come across. To me, and to so many other students, Everglades High was a place I could call "home".

"This school has absolutely changed my son's life! He is a brilliant kid who has a learning disability, and the staff absolutely understands his situation and teaches the way he learns! They are so insightful, understanding and capable, I feel lucky that we are part of that community."

"They have a newly built building which is absolutely gorgeous and very well laid out. In general the staff is caring, but firm. Only bad thing is that parent involvement is not encouraged. Yet!!"
