The FCAT is an annual test used to measure a student's mastery of the state's grade-level academic standards.

Which Grades and Subjects?

Students are assessed in grades 3 through 10 in reading and math, in grades 5, 8 and 11 in science, and in grades 4, 8, and 10 in writing.

How is it Scored?

Students score at one of five levels, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. The goal is for all students to score at or above level 3 (grade level).

West Navarre Intermediate School

I have a grandson in West Navarre Intermediate school, Pre-K. He was in Mrs. Gomez class. He had such an improvement last year and I want to commend Ms. Gomez. she takes a big interest in her students and my grandson really liked her. I have only good things to say about the school, everyone I have come in contact with has been very friendly and helpful.

West Navarre Intermediate School

This is the only school i've been to, but i've heard very, very good things about thi sschool. Jut like we have gotten an award from senator Don Geatz saying we'rwe the best school in Santa Rosa County.
