Children's Palace East & Academy

I was able to be blessed with this Daycare to assist in caring for my two daughters, since birth. I have changed jobs several times and no matter what time my schedule was I was given assistance with care, including late night or early morning care. The Director has a love for all children that she meets. I would recommend this Daycare to the world for the main reason of availability and the care for my children.

My 2 children went to Daycare here for most of last year. This was the worse expierence I have ever had. Their things got lost on a weekly basis and I had to replace many cloths and cups, my child always had a rash from diaper not being changed often enough, giving them food and drinks that I asked them not to because of allergic reactions. I could hear the teachers constantly yelling, the facility always smelled foul and some staff members were not easy to speak to. The morning staff and afternoon staff didnt seem to speak much because my child would tell me and incident that happened in the morning, and the afternoon staff knew nothing about it. They let my 4 year old go on field trips that I didnt know about. We paid for field trips that he didnt even go on. This was a big mess and my children have never been so happy than when I put them in another facility. I would not recomend this place to anyone no matter how cheap it is.
