Aletheia Christian Academy Reviews
I was a student as this school from K5 through 12th grade. If anyone knows the best and worst parts of the school, I do. While I occasionally wished for larger programs or more students, I wouldn't really change Aletheia at all. It is a family of believers who try to live out their faith consistently, while holding students to high academics. ACA students perform WELL above public schools and even other Christian schools in standardized testing each year. It is not a perfect school, but the teachers are genuine and they love us students. If you want a safe and loving environment with God and prayer central to their education, you should visit and see for yourself. However, if you don't want your children to be discipled in the Christian faith, then this school is not for you.
This school is so limited and limiting...your children deserve better than what this school can offer. Narrow minded views, rules and families, unqualified and unprofessional staff and dirty and disgusting conditions. Enrollment numbers are dwindling and it's because this school has remained virtually unchanged in the years it has been open. No progress, no updates, no money, no growth, no improvements, no opportunities, no normal people, no options. Those that choose to attend are the people that want to keep their kids in a little, controlled 'christian' bubble. If possible, choose any other school than this one..
Quite an education
I was a student here for almost four years. This school made me doubt myself, my future, and my God. There is a good reason their numbers are dwendling. I'll spare you the details, because they really just don't matter. It has nothing to do with students. It was staff. Please, if your child has any mental health issues or is above average intelligence, find another school. What they'll find here is just a hole, leaving more unanswered questions and doubt. Your children deserve better.
Aletheia was my school for 13 years. I began in Kindergarten and graduated a couple of years ago. I believe that the quality education I received has helped me achieve success in my college years, and has prepared me to achieve my goals and dreams in the future. The teachers are great role models and live what they believe. They care about the individual students and their trials and triumphs. I was very blessed to have been surrounded by such people during my formative years.
This school while provides a fantastic background on the religion of Christianity lacks the acception of other religions and culture. Aletheia Christian Academy, from past experience, shapes each and every student to become excellent missionaries of Christ. However, I have found personally after changing schools that this school is extremely lower in their academics. While at Aletheia I had found myself an outcast based on my ethnicity and felt not accepted. This may be different for other children but I KNOW that it is hard to be accepted in this school.
This school is a good choice for your child or yourself to go there. they have strong christina beliefs and thats what i like about it. The faculty is the nicest ive ever had and the teachers are wonderfull and they are there when you need help. The students there are veryy nice and i made friends quickly!
