So far Bellview has been a great school. The teacher's are cooperative and communicate well. They seem to thrive to maintain a well balanced and educational environment for the Students. Both my son's enjoy going there. The only complaint they have is the newest coach who seems to be very military oriented toward the students. He definitely picks on the one's that do not meet his expectations. He takes his job way too seriously and is constantly yelling and screaming at the children. My one son is very frightened by him, and both my son's feel he is very mean. It is too bad that the school doesn't do something to stop this behavior. I am sure this particular coach has had more than one complaint. Otherwise the school structure and teacher's we have encountered have met our hope's and expectations.

From personal experience: Bellview seems to be a pretty good school. The campus is well kept and safe. My only issue with the school is the lack of planning on the schools part to keep parents involved. I am tired of receiving notes from the teacher informing me what I need to buy for the class party that is (surprise!) tomorrow. Furthermore all extracurricular activity fliers are sent home the day before registration ends. To me this suggests poor planning. Thank you.

Bellview Elementary School is a great school especially the Special Education Department! They are kind caring and treat all kids equally no matter their disability. Students in the special education classes are pushed to do their best. The special education teachers in the upper grades work well with the gen ed teachers so that the students are getting access to the gen ed curriculum as was as get remediated in the the areas of their weaknesses. It is a great place to have your child go!!
