Treasure Coast High School Reviews
Congratulations! Treasure Coast Hich School has produced another tour de force. Several of us from Vero Beach came to see Blithe Spirit last week-end, and we want to tell the director, the actors, the back stage crew, the costume designers that we totally enjoyed the performance -- it is more than a mere high school performance. We'll be back for the next production!
Treasure Coast High School has offered my children an excellent opportunity to grow educationally. The A.I.C.E. program is one that gives those students who seek the highest educational level a chance to achieve. No other school in St. Lucie County can offer the same level of education [ including Lincoln Park.]
As for the sports program I have always found them to fair and constructive. Both my son and daughter have spoken about how the coaches stress success in the classroom as well as on the field.
My friends and I recently saw the play Miracle Worker. This was more than a ordinary high school performance. It was professional from imaginative stage set, historical images, authentic dress, evocative background music, and superb directing and acting. CHEERS! More students from the county should have been given the opportunity to see the play.
The school has issues with deans and teachers that like to play judge and jury with some of their students. They violate students rights and then cover it up when confronted. Unless you are a star football player or a teachers pet .... do not expect fair treatment from this school. this also includes the poor job that the schools deputy is providing.
