Sunny Isles Beach Community School Reviews
SIB is a GREAT new school we are only 4 years old. We have a lot of teachers who care and the best PTSA that goes beyond what most PTSAs do. At least once a month we have fundraisers at various locations (restaurants &Chuck E Cheese) and the proceeds go to the school. Every classroom has computers and smartboards. We have a top notc music and at program. We have all nationalities and religions in our school and they make sure to help all the kids understand them and be sensitive to them. The school is like one big family I had 2 kids who attended and 1 who currently attends.
Very rude staff. No Parking. Uncooperative. Overcrowded. Looks like a prison. Considering all the negatives and overcrowdedness, The school just kept talking about how everybody wants their kids to be there. Oh, and they wanted to send a police officer to my house to verify my address, Since my Condo Association was not able to supply a notorized letter stating I lived at my Condo. How do I explain to my child that the officer is searching my closets for her clothes just to check if we live their. I skipped the trauma and private school it is for my child. First time ever had to go through that. Pray for our country and schools please.
