Young Middle Magnet School Reviews
I have been a teacher at Young for the past five years. I am so impressed with the curriculum we as a staff have developed. It challenges our students to think creatively to solve problems. That is what our creative science theme is all about. 6th graders investigate global planting, 7th graders focus on global sustainability and our 8th graders are global engineers. Our students are able to be true problem solvers by working with others to solve problems that exist in the world today. Our students will be able to handle whatever challenge is thrown at them. As our students transition into high school and college, I know they will be successful largely to so with the experiences they had at Young.
ghetto but alright
Young is an excellent Middle school. The STEM program is the best. STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. This school is not located downtown there is a middle school downtown and that school is Rampello and it's a great school also. Young unlike several other schools in the Bay area does not have a track record of guns being found or used. The kids wear uniforms and all boys tuck their shirts inside their pants. Check the State of Florida ratings for Young and you make the choice.
DO NOT GO HERE! IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE STAY AWAY! YOU ARE AT GUNPOINT EVERYDAY!
gehhto. and in the middle of downtown tampa where the gangsters roam
I think that it is a good opportunity form the children to grow and mature and I am happy that my son will be attending next year!!!!!
