Solid Rock changed our lives!  My daughter has been attending the school for three years.  When we first came to SRCS it was in desperation to either home school or find a private school for our daughter.  We found out through their amazing testing that our child was way above average and a kinaesthetic learner, which was in large part of why she was so frustrated in the standard public school.  The staff is highly trained, not just educated; the respect for the children and their opinions is unparalleled, and the multi-model teaching method is brilliant and helps the children master each subject - not just learn it for a test.  This school is Skill Level based - so each child is placed in each specific class based on skill level, not by age or "grade".  This has made all the difference in the world! So much that our son began Kindergarten there this year as well!  If you are looking for the best for your child - or just something more, I strongly encourage you to call and set up a tour at Solid Rock!  You have nothing to loose by checking it out, it's worth it!

This is my sons' third year attending Solid Rock Community School and what a difference it has made! When we first came to this school my older son was to the point where every morning was a fight to get him up and ready for school. My younger son would not even attempt any type of creative writing. Through the "Educating Out of The Box" education style that Solid Rock offers to children, they have both grown academically and socially by leaps and bounds and are excited and confident to move forward both academically and socially.

I have been with the school for years and what I love about it is the communication between staff and parents.  The teachers are very available to talk or meet whenever you ask.
