Jeaga Middle School Reviews
My daughter is a student at Jeaga and she has yet to have a study hall. Actually, now that I think about it, of her 5 closest friends at Jeaga, not one of them had study hall at all last year. I am not sure where the other parent got the infomation that study hall is a required elective. I do know that for the 2012-2013 year the Jr Achievment program will be incorporated into study hall periods for those that have a study hall elective.
I think this is the worst school in palm beach county! They actually have study hall as a REQUIRED ELECTIVE!?! Really what is that teaching our children that its okay to sit for a whole class period and gossip which leads to more fights at this disastrous school! Then phone calls from teachers about your child's behavior and they decide to complain about their job, the pay...etc. Then to actually hear the teacher on the phone complaining about all the kids in her class at that moment and hear this teacher tell students and I QUOTE " Well that was STUPID" Wow what an example they are setting for our future generation. Sad and shameful! Needless to say my child will not be attending this school next year if it takes every resource I can dig up.
i think the school is a great school it have good teachers, good after school programs and the work we do is just fine.
well i think this school could realy use improvement.First of all one of my daughter's teachers only counts tests if most of the students pass it ,which I think is a very bad teaching habit, after a long time of this teacher doing this,my daughter is going to get discouraged and so are all the other students that tried hard while the teacher doesnt appreciate the hard work. All I can say is that teachers should really be more aware that some students actually work hard and deserve their work to be counted no matter the amount that fail or pass the test. P.S the teacher I am talking about is the sixth grade teacher: Mrs.Mazzella.
I have been in this school for 6 months. Its a really great school. The teachers are really nice. They helped you a lot. I would like to thank my teachers....
