About This School
Magnet schools are public schools that offer a specialized curriculum or educational philosophy, often with a specific focus or theme. Palm Beach Lakes High School Reviews
Poor leadership="D" rated school
Non yo biz, you are right some don't care
and it's pathetic...maybe the students would
take pride in their school if someone takes pride in them. As adults, providing mentoring and guidance is critical to the success of today's youth.
Hence, a competent leader can get efficient service from poor troops, while on the contrary an incapable leader can demoralize the best of troops.
It is important to realize that if many of the students that are continuously tardy, or repeat offenders for truly egregious behavior (cursing at faculty and staff, fighting, bullying, etc) are the ones getting removed from the classes. The supposed treatment that non ya biz was making reference to is more or less because he/she was one of the student always being a problem. A teacher cannot conduct a lesson if they are always interrupted; and a student could get their education in a learning environment that is peaceful and safe. As far as I have seen, every teacher is concerned for their students. It is really a matter of, is the student concerned about their own education. The answer often times is no. When these students learn to play the business game of education they will do much better.
The one criticism I would have is that the culture of the school is very poor. You can hear many students disparaging the school, their teams, and other aspects of the school. Perhaps if they took more pride in their community, their school, and their surroundings, this too would spur a change that would send this school to another level.
Hi im a student of the class 2013 and so far im having a good year.
only thing that i completly hate about this school is the way they treat the students. They tend to not care about the education more about if they are late and if they are being bad. They wont try to give a student a warning they just go stright for the meaning of them being bad. Late for a class you have lunch detention if you dont dont go than you have saturday school if you dont go than your suspendent for 2 days of school.
a i relly herd lots of good thing about lakes so i know and think that ist is a good schhol and i wanna go there for 9th grade
Palm beach lakes high is not a bad school as man may speculate. Actully its a pretty good school. No nonsense however
