Capitol View Elementary School Reviews
I went to school there in the 50s. My favorite teachers were Mrs. Branson and Mrs. Langley.
Capitol View is a great school. I am a former student at Capitol View. I loved everthing about it, from the teachers to the activities. All I can say is it just keeps getting better every year. One of my favorite teachers was Mrs. Kelly.
My company, Carter (a commercial real estate company based in Atlanta) has had a mentoring partnership at Capitol View since 1993. I've been involved with the school as a mentor for most of those years and have seen amazing things there.
Capitol View is a prime example of how families need to do more personal research about public schools in low-income areas before deciding not to attend them. If one only read the statistics about income, one might assume Capitol View is not a successful school.
But a visit to the school and a look at their test scores blows that out of the water. Capitol View does more with its limited financial resources than many schools in high-income parts of town. It is a safe, loving and enriching place to send a child. I wish my family were zoned for Capitol View so we could send our 5-year-old boy there! My opinion of this school couldn't be more positive.
I think Capitol View is a wonderful school.I like because the school is set out nice and also the teachers are nice and very helpful. My school is not as nice as Capitol View.Theres just one question why is it called Capitol View?Well keep up the excellent work of teaching.
