JoyChavezga: I recently visited this school to get information regarding summer school for a new student. I was greeted by a lady who was unfriendly, obviously not enjoying her position and rude. When I asked a question her attitude was intimidating and definitely dismissing. I was unsure that this attitude would not carry over into the whole experience and could easily be initiated in the atmosphere of the school. Realizing there were many people to be introduced to the system on this day I was willing to be patient however where the documents she handed me were not complete according to what was required, I was again confronted by this attitude. Consequently we decided this was not the program for our student. I would have appreciated a little customer service.
