Heritage lacks vision for their students. The curriculum is not well thought out. The district hires inept instructors, who do not speak English clearly to teach our students. Two of my child's instructors were not in command of the English language. Furthermore, they could not be understood by the students. I don't know what they were thinking, when they hired instructors who could not teach the material.
