Creekstone Academy

My daughter was here for about six months. There management issues over shadow the children. There is  high turn over with the teachers and a serious lack of communication within the center. When faced with issues the director makes excuses and points blame instead of attempting to address the apparent issues within the center. We were highly disappointed as we had high hopes for this placed based on the quality of the facility itself.  

Lets just say.....ask how long most of the teachers have been there since they opened just two years ago, more than half less than a year and that tells you all you need to know about the management.  Teachers were wonderful, but they are so over worked and stressed they do not do half of the program the director sells and and charges you over the top for.  I hope the owner reads this and replaces the director, that is the main problem.

We enrolled our son in CS Academy in August 2011 for the private PreK program. The facility is nice and clean since it is fairly new and if I were to review this solely on it, I'd have given 5 stars.

Unfortunately the people operating this facility are not up to par. There was a major lack of communication, failure in security (cameras haven't worked the entire time we were there), key code never changed from May 2011-January 2012, children were left alone on the playground unattended and on the bus, car seats were not used on field trips, and the much touted extracurricular activities were not done as presented. Besides these examples cited, we learned of the negligence as another child was given the wrong medication and subsequently the parents were not notified until a couple of hours later. I am not sure how others can give a positive review for this facility. Besides myself, 4 other parents have withdrawn their children in the past couple of weeks all for similar reasons or concerns.
