Chris Hunt: Not only is North Forsyth High School in a GREAT area in Forsyth County - Cumming - Georgia, it is filled with outstanding staff and pumped with school spirit. It is a rare day to be driving down the road running errands around town that you don't see someone's car sporting the "NF" logo. We are proud to be "Raiders" and the programs reflect this as well. My daughter is in the marching band and the program is one of the best in the county. We also know several football players and basketball players who would also agree about the myriad of programs.
In addition to the athletics and "extra" stuff around campus, the staff really cares about the children. As soon as my child started to struggle in areas such as Spanish and Math - both teachers promptly contacted me to offer up additional help. My daughter now has extra help in the morning and in the afternoon. I also get updated emails from teachers via "Parent Portal" in which I can also keep constant watch on grades.
Not only would I recommend this school, I would recommend the community around it. North Forsyth is not fully developed like the south end of the county. We still have sprawling horse farms and the small home town feel.
